The QP QuickPac stands out in high-speed packaging, especially for short lengths ranging from 5m to 100m. It ensures precise and rapid control, meeting high-output demands with high accuracy and speed. Crafted specifically for efficient production, the QuickPac reduces downtime and accommodates single conductor and flat cables with ease, ensuring accurate length measurements and an attractive packaging appearance. The QuickPac Coiler accommodates coil outside diameters from 150 mm to 400 mm (6″ – 16″)

AR Spoolers

The AR Spoolers are tailor-made for handling a diverse range of flexible cable types. They are ideal for scenarios that require cable attachment through the drum.

These spoolers enable a seamless transition from semi-automatic spoolers, standalone offline rewind applications, or manual packaging processes to a fully automated system, optimizing efficiency and consistency in production.

The AR Spoolers handle spools and reels from 216 mm to 800 mm (8.5”- 32”) in diameter.

SW Spoolers

The SW Spoolers are expertly engineered for high-speed operations, particularly excelling with THHN and single conductor wire.

Designed to streamline the packaging process, these spoolers efficiently package spools into boxes, complete with labeling and palletizing. This makes them perfectly suited for fast-paced production environments where time and accuracy are of the essence.

The SW Spoolers significantly enhance productivity and reduce manual intervention in spool handling. Specially designed for precise packaging of cable and wire products on spools with a diameter from 165 mm to 360 mm (6.5” – 14”).

Payoffs and Take-ups

Designed for versatility and high performance in coiling, spooling, and rewind line operations. Windak’s UW & OW machines are available with either a conventional Pin Drive or a tire drive featuring floating pintles, which is highly advantageous. Both designs are ideal for high-speed applications and dual take-up systems. A distinctive design featuring floating pintles allows for quick and secure reel changes, thus streamlining setup times. Our Payoffs and Take-up equipment accommodates a wide range of reel dimensions from 400mm – 3000mm in diameter, offering flexibility for various operational needs.

Tire Driven Shaft-less Portal Type Design: Ideal for high-speed coiling, spooling operations, rewind lines, or dual take-up systems.

Rewind Lines

Available in both tire-driven and conventional drive pin designs, catering to different operational requirements. The control system of these rewind lines is fully integrated, combining all aspects of the rewinding process. This system includes a line control cabinet and an operator control panel equipped with a 10” full-color HMI, providing complete control of the rewinding line.

The rewind lines offer both speed and torque mode for pay-off and take-up, featuring fast acceleration and deceleration to minimize cycle times. This capability is essential for maintaining productivity and reducing downtime.
