MC Models
The MC MultiCoiler Series is designed for high-speed fully automated coiling of single-core wires and multicore cables, offering flexible and efficient packaging for standard lengths and short coils.
The MC Series supports 3 packaging configurations, allowing cable manufacturers to select the most suitable and sustainable packaging solution for their products and handling requirements.
Available configurations include MC260 Eco (coil-in-a-box solution), MC260 Smart (integrated stretch wrap unit for securing the cable end and maintaining coil shape), and MC260 Smart+ (tuck-under solution with a self-retained cable end to prevent the coil from springing open).
The MC Coilers accommodate coil outside diameters from 150 mm to 260 mm (6″–10″), supporting a wide range of packaging formats and box dimensions.

QP Models
The QP QuickPac stands out in high-speed packaging, especially for short lengths ranging from 5m to 100m. It ensures precise and rapid control, meeting high-output demands with high accuracy and speed. Crafted specifically for efficient production, the QuickPac reduces downtime and accommodates single conductor and flat cables with ease, ensuring accurate length measurements and an attractive packaging appearance. The QuickPac Coiler accommodates coil outside diameters from 150 mm to 400 mm (6″ – 16″).
